FAQ

  • When and where is camp?

Camp will take place from May 16-19, 2025, in Clayton, GA, which is located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

  • Who is camp for?

Camp Full Moon is designed for adults aged 25 and older who are eager to explore, seek adventure, learn, and form lasting connections. We take pride in creating inclusive, intergenerational communities where every participant feels welcomed, valued, and respected.

  • Do people come alone?

Yes! We get it—it can feel a little intimidating to spend a long weekend in the mountains with a group of strangers. But camp is the ideal place to break the ice, meet new people, and create a strong sense of community.

  • Can I come with a friend/love/group?

Of course! You can request to bunk with a specific person(s) on the registration form.

  • What is the cost of camp and what is included?

The camp fee is $700, which includes all activities, lodging, and meals throughout your stay. Transportation to and from camp is not included. If you're interested in group travel from the Atlanta airport to camp (available at an additional cost), please indicate this on your registration form.

  • What are the physical requirements of camp?

All camp activities are optional. There will be scheduled free time - and you can take free time whenever you want! Campers should be able to walk up a flight of stairs and walk 1 mile a day. Unfortunately, our campsite is not wheelchair accessible at this time.

  • Is there a payment plan available?

Yes! We know $700 can be a lot of money up front, so when you register you will have the option to choose a payment plan.

  • Can I leave early or arrive late?

Late arrivals are not permitted, you may leave early but there is no reentry or cost reduction.

  • What should I pack?

Weather in Clayton, GA in May typically has low’s in the 50’s and high’s in the 70’s. You won’t need any special gear - and we will send a recommended packing list after you sign up!

  • Can I bring my pet(s)?

While we love our furry friends, pets are not permitted guests.

  • Does camp still move forward in the case of inclement weather?

Camp will move forward in rain or shine!

  • Will I have cell service and/or internet?

We encourage all of our campers to be as unplugged as possible, but we know there can be challenges to completely disconnecting. There is limited wi-fi and cell service on the camp grounds, should you need it.

  • What is your alcohol policy?

Camp Full Moon is not an alcohol (or substance) centered event - we will provide a few drinks to campers in the evening, and no outside alcohol is allowed.
